How to use the differential assembly?

1. First of all, we must choose the differential assembly gear that meets the model and specification of our own car. If the differential assembly of the double bridge drive is selected incorrectly, it will cause scrapping damage to the differential assembly.

2. The interior of the original axle housing and the rear axle housing vent plug should be cleaned before installation. Such as residual debris will cause abnormal wear to gear and bearings, greatly reducing the service life of the differential assembly.

3. Check whether the half shaft and half shaft sleeve tube of the original car are deformed and can meet the normal use. If there is slight deformation, it will cause abnormal sound of the gear assembly.

4. If the cone flange does not match the original car, it shall not be disassembled and refit without authorization.

5. When selecting lubricating oil, be sure to use special hyperbolic gear lubricating oil, the oil amount reaches the specified oil level, and can not be replaced by ordinary lubricating oil, otherwise it will sharply reduce the service life of the gear.

6. When repairing or replacing the differential reducer assembly of the middle bridge, it is necessary to check whether the original through shaft and through shaft bearing can meet the normal use, and lock the through shaft nut to avoid irregular movement of the through shaft.
