The practical application of heavy truck gears runs through the entire transmission chain of heavy trucks, covering multiple scenarios such as freight transportation and engineering transportation. In the practical application of special heavy trucks (such as cold chain transportation and hazardous chemical transportation), heavy truck gears also need to adapt to special operation needs. For example, the gears of cold chain heavy trucks need to cooperate with the vehicle's temperature control system, select low-temperature resistant materials to avoid the decrease of tooth surface hardness and lubrication failure in low-temperature environments; the gears of hazardous chemical transportation heavy trucks need to improve operational stability, reduce transmission noise and vibration, and reduce potential safety hazards. In daily application, it is necessary to select heavy truck gears of corresponding specifications according to the operation scenario and load level of the heavy truck, and do a good job in regular inspection and lubrication maintenance to ensure that they continuously play a stable transmission role in practical application and ensure the efficient and safe operation of heavy trucks.
